More about Antony Lo
Antony Lo is a globally recognized physiotherapist from Australia, specialized in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, functional strengthening, and pelvic health. With extensive clinical and educational experience, he is established internationally as a leading educator for health and exercise professionals.
He is particularly known for his innovative approach to Diastasis Recti, through his global educational project The Diastasis Project and his work with The Physio Detective and My PT Education platforms.
His philosophy is based on evidence-informed practice, neuromuscular re-education, functional assessment, and individualized core-centered care.
