She has gained valuable clinical experience through placements at the General Hospital of Athens &#8220;G. Gennimatas&#8221; and Heidelberg University Hospital, where she further developed her clinical reasoning and rehabilitation skills in the management of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Dedicated to lifelong learning, she continuously advances her clinical expertise through postgraduate education and professional training in pelvic health and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Her specialized training includes Pelvic Floor Dysfunction and Physiotherapeutic Rehabilitation (Levels I &amp; II) through the University of Patras, Modules 1 &amp; 2 and the Practical Course in Women&#8217;s and Men&#8217;s Health &#8211; Pelvic Floor Dysfunction and Rehabilitation through Pelvic Floor Act, as well as the Diastasis Done Differently seminar by Antony Lo, focusing on the evidence-based assessment and rehabilitation of diastasis recti abdominis. She is currently an Orthopaedic Manual Therapy candidate (OMTc).<\/p>\n<p>Her professional interests include the assessment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions, pelvic floor dysfunctions, diastasis recti abdominis, and pelvic health throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period.
