Ιntroduction
The “Praxis Physical Therapy" clinic was founded in 1998 by Mimi Marcellou and Fotini Lagaris, both physical therapists, trained and experienced in the US health care system.
Their acquaintance in New York in 1993 marked the start of a genuine friendship based on their common passion for their profession, their interest in continued education and developments in specialised physical therapy through graduate studies and upgraded seminars. Moreover, even their common work, the university they attended and the rhythm and energy of the city they lived in, it all brought them together.
Upon their return to Greece, the way they learned to work and think and their common objectives in quality and results of their services, led to the establishment of a physical therapy clinic in which they used and continue to use their knowledge and apply their values, to provide high quality services and effective remedies for patients.
The establishment of the physical therapy clinic with full, modern equipment, and the employment of technical know-how, experience and professional knowledge, aims for safe and effective treatment of all musculoskeletal conditions. In Physical Therapy “Praxis”, patients gain functionality to the greatest possible extent, thus upgrading their quality of life, while we strive to keep optimum care level of physical therapy in Greece.
